| How To Obtain A Web Account |
Your Availability Services or LANCare Service contract entitles you to a Web Account, providing you with immediate and secure access to Enterasys Download Libraries for firmware, software and patches - and other services specific to your service agreement. To create your web account, select Create Your Account from the sidebar. After the account is created you will be automatically emailed your account password and instructions on how to log in. If you do not know your Service Contract number, or have problems submitting the online form, call your regional Global Technical Assistance Center or email lancare@enterasys.com for further assistance.
