Please enter the File ID that your Enterasys representative gave you. This will consist of three digits, a dot, and three more digits, like this example: 012.345

Welcome to the File Exchange
The Enterasys File Exchange provides a means for Enterasys Support engineers to easily and securely exchange important files with our customers. Using an intuitive web-based interface, files are uploaded to our File Exchange database where Enterasys Support engineers may view and download them. A file may only be retrieved by those who know the unique File ID.

Uploading a File
To upload a file to the Enterasys File Exchange, visit http://www.enterasys.com/support/upload/ and complete the form. Please do not upload files without first contacting a Enterasys Support representative. Files uploaded are automatically deleted after 3 days. Please note that once you upload a file, you will be unable to download that file, even with the File ID.

Downloading a File
To download a file from the Enterasys File Exchange, visit http://www.enterasys.com/support/download/ and enter the File ID. Please realize that the Enterasys File Exchange is a means for Enterasys Support and our customers to exchange specific files such as traces or configuration files. It is not a firmware or software library, and you will be unable to download any files without a File ID, provided by a Enterasys Support engineer.
