Corporate Logo Standards
A logo is a signature. It’s the first thing that immediately identifies
a company to the world. For Enterasys Networks®, we've created a bold,
visually appealing logo that clearly brands the company, states what we do—Secure
Networks™—and distinguishes Enterasys in the global network infrastructure
marketplace.
In order to convey the full power of the Enterasys’ brand
to customers, partners, prospects and others, it is essential that the logo
be used precisely at all times.
Enterasys Logo
To ensure that people always connect our logo with our identity and our unique
Secure Networks™ capabilities, we must be disciplined and consistent in
its use.
- The Enterasys logo must never print smaller than 1 inch wide. All
exceptions must be approved by the marketing communications department.
- Place the logo in the bottom right hand corner, 1/2" (1.27 cm.)
up from the bottom and 1/2" (1.27 cm.) in from the right on all corporate
collateral.
- There should be a minimum clearance the size of the "e" in
the word enterasys surrounding the logo.
Common Logo ErrorsBecause the Enterasys Networks logo is our
brand, it must be treated with careful consideration and respect. Here you
see some common usage mistakes. To prevent errors in your printed or electronic
materials, please remember these simple—but important—guidelines:
- The logo must be used at a 1-to-1 proportion at all times. Never stretch
or distort the logo to fit in a certain area.
- Always print or reproduce the Enterasys logo in red (PMS 1945) and charcoal
gray (PMS 432) whenever possible. However, as stated, the logo may be reproduced
in 100% black for use on white or very light backgrounds or “knocked
out” in all white for use on black or very dark backgrounds. There
are no exceptions.
Please contact our marketing communications department at
marcom@enterasys.com for any further
questions involving the use of our logos or branding issues.
