Notes for RASM and RF Planning Tool License Requests

Once this form has been submitted, you should expect an email from customer service within 1 working day that will contain the two fields necessary to activate your product(s). The first field will be the same 11 character “License” field that you received on your license certificate sheet. The second field will be the 53 character license key. The 11 character license number must be entered into the field called “SERIAL NUMBER” and the 53 character license key must be entered into the field called “LICENSE”.

Notes for RBT-8400-40 and RBT-8400-80 License Upgrade Requests

Once this form has been submitted, you should expect an e-mail from customer service within 1 working day that will contain a rather long encrypted license key. This key will increment the number of Access Points the RBT-8400 can support by either 40 or 80 depending which kit was purchased.

Notes for RBT-8200-24 License Upgrade Requests

Once this form has been submitted, you should expect an E-mail from customer service that will contain an encrypted license key. This key will increment the number of access points the RBT-8200 will manage by 24. Ordering a quantity of two RBT-8200-24 upgrades will allow you to increment the AP’s from 24 to 48 to 72.
