Notes for RASM and RF Planning Tool License Requests

Once this form has been submitted, you should expect an email from customer service within 1 working day that will contain the two fields necessary to activate your product(s). The first field will be the same 11 character “License” field that you received on your license certificate sheet. The second field will be the 53 character license key. The 11 character license number must be entered into the field called “SERIAL NUMBER” and the 53 character license key must be entered into the field called “LICENSE”.

Notes for RBT-8500-32 License Upgrade Requests

Once this form has been submitted, you should expect an E-mail from customer service that will contain an encrypted license key. This key will increment the number of access points the RBT-8500 will manage by 32. Ordering a quantity of one RBT-8500-32 upgrades will allow you to increment the AP’s from base of 32 to 64.  Each additional RBT-8500-32 will allow you to add an additional 32 Access Points up to a max of 128 Access Points.
        Example:
        Base Unit contains License for 32 Access Points:
        License 1 adds 32 Access Points for a max of 64.
        License 2 adds 32 Access Points for a max of 96.
        License 3 adds 32 Access Points for a max of 128.

Notes for RBT-8400-40 and RBT-8400-80 License Upgrade Requests

Once this form has been submitted, you should expect an e-mail from customer service within 1 working day that will contain a rather long encrypted license key. This key will increment the number of Access Points the RBT-8400 can support by either 40 or 80 depending which kit was purchased.

Notes for RBT-8200-24 License Upgrade Requests

Once this form has been submitted, you should expect an E-mail from customer service that will contain an encrypted license key. This key will increment the number of access points the RBT-8200 or RBT-8210 will manage by 24. Ordering a quantity of two RBT-8200-24 upgrades will allow you to increment the AP’s from 24 to 48 to 72.
