I-Series は、工場、製油プラント、電力プラント等、物理的に過度の稼動条件を要求される環境に耐えられるよう設計された工業用イーサネットスイッチです。
SecureSwitch™ I-Seriesにより、高温・高湿・ほこりの多い場所の様な過酷な環境においてもポリシーやQoS、認証などの定評あるSecure Networks™機能の提供が可能となります。
I-Seriesは長期間の連続稼動を実現するために、放熱フィンを使用した冷却方式によりファンレス化しDC電源に対応、工業用品質基準のコンポーネントを搭載しています。
I-SeriesはエンテラシスのSecure Networks™機能をサポートしており、I-Seriesに接続される工場内の機器群（セキュリティカメラ、ビル管理システム、入退室管理システム用リーダーやセンサー等）に対してセキュリティ ポリシーを設定します。
またレイヤー2/3/4分類、帯域フローコントロール、トラフィック優先順位等のアドバンストQoS機能、および冗長化DC電源接続、802.1w RSTP、リンクアグリゲーション(802.3ad)等のハイアベイラビリティ機能を提供します。
I-Seriesはセキュリティを犠牲にすることなく、 オートメーションインダストリーの環境においても信頼性の高い強固なスイッチを提供します。
